Located on the prestigious Brisbane Corso in Yeronga, this small lot house called for a timeless yet contemporary design, including clever use of open plan living and water features to maximise the width of the site.

Upon entering you are guided over the internal waterfall and pond by a series of floating timber walkways and stairs. As you pass through the two storey void, the upper floor landing curves its way through the void space and leads you to the ground floor living area with its timber ceilings and joinery. An 18 metre lap pool passes alongside the dining and living rooms before leading you into the main pool and pool patio areas.
