Project Details
Located in Coorparoo on a 10 meter wide site, the brief for this small lot house was to design a contemporary interior whilst complying with Brisbane City Council’s character code. By using an open plan living arrangement which leads out to the patio and yard beyond, a feeling of openness has been achieved.
Best Construction Idea
The kitchen is sleek and minimalistic and is partially concealed, creating a study nook and pantry behind. Other design features include a wine cellar beneath the stairs and a fixed glass balustrade from the stair landing, offering a view down to the living below.
